VZ21 Pit Bike Turbo Plumbing Kit

For Lifan 125cc engines using VZ21 / RHB31 turbos

316 stainless steel construction eliminates the most difficult fabrication steps involved in turbocharging a pit bike engine. Each header and downpipe is precision jig-welded for consistent fitment and long-term durability.
No welding and no engine-case drilling required.

What’s Included

  • Aluminum intake manifold / 26mm carb adapter with O-ring seal

  • Turbo oil supply kit: banjo fittings + high-pressure oil line

  • Turbo oil return system: flange, hose, clamps, and modified valve cover

  • 316 stainless engine-to-turbo header

  • Universal 316 stainless stubby downpipe (no muffler)

  • Complete bolt-on hardware pack

Optional Add-Ons

  • Full 316 stainless post-turbo exhaust (downpipe to muffler) for select models (Apollo RFZ 125, etc.)

  • O₂ sensor bung for easy tuning with a wideband AFR gauge

What This Kit Does

This kit fully plumbs the turbocharger to your engine—oil feed, oil return, intake manifold, header, and all turbo connections—eliminating the most challenging fabrication work so you can focus on installation and tuning.

Engine setups vary widely (compression ratio, ignition timing, carburetion, altitude, temperature, fuel, engine condition), so final tuning and safe operation are the responsibility of the installer.

A properly tuned VZ21 system on a stock 125cc engine with a 26mm carb typically produces 3–5 psi of boost, offering a noticeable increase in torque and mid-range performance.
